The service level is amazing they go out of their way to help and really are amazing made me wish service was done like this everywhere. Special shout out to Sajad came in noticed I was having some difficulties and helped me to the best of his abilities!! Will be stopping by here rather than other coffee places due to the service level!

This is my first trip through Abu Dhabi, and while waiting during my transit, I decided to sit at So Coffee. I only had US dollars with me, but the cashier, Mahinder, kindly helped me with everything. The coffee and croissant were as so delicious as the name! If I ever transit through Abu Dhabi again, I’ll definitely come back to So Coffee.

I didn’t expect much since it’s the only café near Gate A9 and I had no other choice, but surprisingly everything was exceptional! The staff were attentive, friendly, and polite. When we were about to pay with our foreign card, they thoughtfully advised us to choose the local currency because it would be cheaper for us. Their coffee tasted amazing as well! Considering it’s inside an airport, the prices were actually quite reasonable. If you’re in AUH and looking for a good cup of coffee, definitely stop by!
